- Rain clothing
- Sun protection – do not forget head covering!
- Warm clothing (fleece jacket, pullover, gloves and warm hat for hikes that exceed 2,800 metres) – it can get very cold very quickly in the mountains.
- Sufficient beverages for the trip.
- Correct assessment of your own physical condition: High-altitude tours require much more energy!
- Leave the following information with your host: The planned duration, destination and route of your hike, so that you can get help immediately in case of emergency.
- For difficult tours in unfamiliar terrain, we recommend that you go with an experienced mountain guide.
