Our house is located on a sunny hillside,1 km (10 minutes) away from the center. The apartments are new, comfortable with large kitchen, balcony or garden. Parking places are in front of our house. A bus stop to the cable car station of Kappl is about 50m away. We have a ski room with a shoe dryer. Toboggan hire possible (limited), sun terrace, approx 60m² with table tennis, barbecue area,tabel football, lawn, deck chairs. 1 children-highchair and 1 baby-bed for free use, daily fresh bread and milk service is possible. In Summer we have for the children a trampoline (4 m) and a children's swing. Infrared cabin on request. Sall farm with chickens, rabbits, geese, sheep and goats.
