A romantic torch light awaits you upon arrival, it dives the hut in warm, comforting light. Enjoy regional delicacies and a welcome schnapps. 


  • € 1.500, - for up to 10 people, each additional person plus € 50, - 
  • maximum group size 20 people 
  • every Tuesday on request 
  • Registration by Monday until 15:00 p.m. 

Away from the hustle and bustle, chef Werner Rossetti pampers you with a 5-course menu - of course cooking at the wood stove. 

Menu suggestion

  • Tyrolean bacon and alpine cheese 
  • Graukas soup 
  • Dumpling tris with brown butter (bacon, spinach, cheese) 
  • Back of beef, deer or lamb with side dishes 
  • Kaiserschmarren with cranberries 

After consultation, the menu can also be changed.
