the Bee Trail

Along the trail, information boards provide facts about the life of honey bees. The highlight is the apiary at the end of the nature trail.

Start: at the car park opposite the Kappl - Kohlplatz valley station of the Diasbahn cable car.
Route: along the Visnitz forest path to the apiary and back to the starting point.
Duration: approx. 15 - 30 minutes on average.

The Paznaun Bee Nature Trail is a project of the Kappl Beekeepers' Association.

Type of tour: Circular hike, family-friendly, suitable for pushchairs The circular trail leads from the Diasbahn mountain station along the herb trail to the Sunny Mountain adventure park, on to the huts with a petting zoo and alpine museum (including weekly cooking on the alpine pasture) and back via the playground and the reservoir to the mountain station. An easy, varied trail for the whole family.

Escape Trail

Discover an exciting escape adventure in the mountains: the Escape Trail Kappl combines outdoor adventure, scavenger hunt and puzzle rally into a unique experience. Instead of being confined to a closed room, you will move through the spectacular mountain world of Kappl and immerse yourself in a mysterious story.

With a game set that you pick up at the tourism information in Kappl, you solve tricky puzzles, decipher secret messages and crack locks to uncover the mystery surrounding Leni, the Alm-Butz and the shadow world. The mission takes around 4–5 hours and is ideal for small groups of 2–8 people.
