Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

Hotel Post Ischgl

We are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for the hotel restaurant from June 27, 2025.

You will work in a team of 18 employees in the hotel restaurant (1 restaurant manager, 1 sommelier, 7 chef de rang and 9 commis de rang)
in the team you will cater for the hotel guests at breakfast and dinner
Together with a commis de rang you look after a ward with approx. 30 hotel guests and are responsible for the processes on your ward
the following work has to be done at breakfast; serving the hot drinks, wine recommendations for the evening, preparing the station for the evening service
During the evening service you are responsible for the drinks service and help your assigned clerk with the food service

completed training as a restaurant specialist
well-groomed and safe demeanor
