Hotel Piz Buin

Starting next winter, we are looking for a committed and versatile tournant (m/f/d) to strengthen our culinary team in our renowned 4-star superior hotel in Ischgl, Tyrol. If you have a passion for fine dining and would like to work in a breathtaking mountain landscape, we look forward to receiving your application!

Assisting the kitchen team in various areas including appetizers, main courses, side dishes and desserts
Preparation and preparation of high-quality food in compliance with our quality standards
Ensuring a smooth process and timely completion of dishes
Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen
Creative introduction of ideas for the menu design and the continuous development of our culinary offer

Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification
Professional experience in fine dining, ideally in a hotel or restaurant with à la carte and banquet service
High passion for cooking and enthusiasm for culinary creations
Flexibility, resilience and teamwork
Good knowledge of German

Our hotel is situated 80 meters far away from the pardatschgratseilbahn and approx. 5 going minutes from the local centre. We are a **** hotel with 60 beds. All our rooms are comfortably equipped with shower or bath/WC, hair dryer, bathrobes, sow TV, radio, telephone, safe, mini bar and wireless internet connection. You should visit the Wellness area. To emphasize we would like those excellently well-known kitchen as well as first-class service. The general Austrian trading conditions apply.
