Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation at least 2 days in advance: free of charge
- Cancellation until the day before: 50% of the ticket price
- Cancellation on the event/training day: 100% of the ticket price
- No-show without cancellation: 100% of the ticket price
Cancellations must be received between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, otherwise they will be considered as received on the next business day.
