by the Paznaun-Ischgl Tourism Association (TVB for short)

The Paznaun Ischgl Tourism Association endeavours to make its website compliant with Section 14b of the Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act 2005 in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the 14b of the Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act 2005, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

This accessibility statement applies to the websites www.ischgl.com, www.galtuer.com, www.kappl.com, www.see.at and www.paznaun-ischgl.com. For the content of the websites that are subject to the Accessibility Act 2025 within the scope of the TVB's private-sector activities, the accessibility statement in accordance with the BAFG (see below) applies.

1.      Status of compliance with requirements

Due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions, this website is only partially compliant with the AA level of the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2" and the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03). Older content complies with earlier versions of the WCAG. Parts of the content comply with Level AAA.

2.      Non-accessible content

The content is currently not accessible for the following reasons: An audit to check accessibility was commissioned on 21 May 2025 and is still in progress; the audit is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.

3.      Preparation of this accessibility statement

This declaration was drawn up in June 2025.

The assessment of the website's compliance with the TADG (Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act) for the implementation of the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was carried out in the form of an external test according to WCAG 2.2 at conformity level AA (commissioned on 21 May 2025). Individual page content is regularly checked by the web editorial team when new content is published.

5.      Enforcement proceedings

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from the above contact, you can lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman's Office for Accessible Internet and Mobile Applications of the Province of Tyrol. The complaint will be reviewed to determine whether it constitutes a violation of the provisions of Section 14b of the Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act by organs of the province, municipalities, municipal associations and self-governing bodies established by provincial law. If the complaint is justified, the ombudsman's office must issue recommendations for action to the province or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies. 6.      Optional content

The TVB strives to make its internet offerings as accessible as possible. A review according to all AA and AAA criteria of WCAG 2.2 is planned for Q3 2025.

V. Enforcement proceedings

If you are not satisfied with the answers provided by the above contact, you can contact the Social Ministry Service, Tyrol Regional Office.

The Social Ministry Service must examine the report and inform the whistleblower in writing, in an accessible format, within eight weeks whether a market surveillance procedure will be carried out in accordance with Section 6 of the BaFG or whether no procedure will be initiated. If no procedure is initiated, the reasons for this must be stated in the information letter.

VI. Optional content
