• Organization, coordination and management of the piste team
• Responsibility for slope preparation and slope safety
• Management and coordination of the rescue service
• Implementation and monitoring of safety and avalanche protection measures
• Overhaul and maintenance of the snowmaking system and vehicle fleet during the summer months

• Ideally, several years of experience in the ski slope or cable car sector
• Leadership skills and sense of responsibility
• Good local and terrain knowledge is an advantage
• Flexibility, resilience and willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Teamwork skills and independent work style

Kappl boats 10 cable car and lift systems, as well as 42 kilometres of sun-kissed slopes. Ski circuit Kappl & See: Skiing fun in 2 ski areas On a total of 85 kilometres of pistes, the Kappl-See ski area offers a total of 21 cable cars and lifts up to an altitude of 2,640 metres - a magnificent view of the Tyrolean mountains is thus guaranteed while skiing. There are all levels of difficulty for the whole family. The See ski area is 7.5 km away and can be reached by bus in just 10 minutes.
