For our Luxury Aparthotel we are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) who will further enhance our service experience at a 4-star superior level with professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality.

🔎 Your main tasks

Service & Guest Orientation

• Independent work in breakfast and evening service

• Professional service for our guests – warm, attentive and authentic

• Seating guests and ensuring a smooth service flow

• Responsibility for beverage service in the lobby and bar area

• Food & drink service (German & English required)

• Taking orders, serving & active selling

Quality & Presentation

• Ensuring the highest quality standards in service and presentation

• Responsibility for cleanliness in the restaurant, buffet and the entire service area

• Compliance with all hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)

Organization & Responsibility

• Preparation and management of the breakfast buffet, including mise en place

• Ensuring the availability of food and drinks

• Inventory control & support in preparing orders

• Close collaboration with kitchen & reception

• Experience in a comparable position (Chef de Rang / Service Specialist)

• Independent, structured and professional work style

• Strong communication skills in German and English

• Passion for hospitality and high-quality service

• Team player with a hands-on mentality and an eye for detail
