Job Mix: Reception and Waiter. We are looking for a dedicated, friendly individual who enjoys interacting with guests and is flexible in their work between reception and service. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting our guests, check-in/check-out, reservation management, and providing service in the restaurant or bar. You possess organizational skills, team spirit, and a professional appearance – we offer you a varied work environment, a motivated team, and the opportunity to work both front-of-house and in service.

Guest check-in and check-out
Welcoming and looking after the house guests
Handling of reservations (phone and email)
Answering guest inquiries and providing information about activities in the region
General organizational tasks at reception

service

Preparing the breakfast area (setting tables, preparing the buffet)
Guest care at breakfast
Taking orders and serving food and drinks
Clearing and keeping the dining area clean
Preparatory work in the service area
Friendly service and advice for guests

Generally

Ensuring a clean and tidy work area
Teamwork with kitchen and service
Friendly and professional interaction with guests

Requirements

Completed training in the tourism/service sector or equivalent professional experience
Good German skills

German and English language skills, well-groomed appearance, motivated
