Silvrettaseilbahn AG continues to invest in improving the comfort of the Ischgl/Samnaun ski area and will build the two eight-seater chairlifts, HÖLLBODEN C1 and SASSGALUN C3, in summer 2025. On July 15, 2025, 10 of the 18 towers were installed using two heavy-duty helicopters. A total of 20 fitters were deployed for the installation. To keep assembly flights as short as possible, two temporary storage areas were set up for the material at Höllboden and below the Idalp. Approximately 131 tons of tower material were installed in approximately 84 rotations. Both new installations are scheduled to go into operation for the ski opening on November 27, 2025.
